We have lived at the Villa for 2 years, and it has been great with my husbands wheelchair. I would describe the facility as low-frills, but everything that we need is here. We appreciate that the residents are very diverse, friendly, and mutually supportive. We are happy to have down-sized and gotten rid of property maintenance. Some of the frills that we do have are:
1) twice weekly exercise classes
2) a beautiful swimming pool that is kept sparkling clean
3) Amazon Hub package delivery
4) good equipment in the exercise room
5) social activities
6) a comfortable guest room for visitors
7) attractive landscaping

We moved our MIL in here in 2021 and it's been a good experience for her. She has a spacious unit and enjoys using the amenities within the building. We find the property very clean and we've had no issues with parking. Front office and maintenance staff have always been responsive to any requests. I feel it's very safe which was one of the main reasons we chose this property. The residents do socialize and there are activities if they choose to participate.

This place seems so depressing . There is no staff ever seen on site . The senior activity calendar is a joke . The lobby is dark , old and scary . For the amount of rent they charge , They should have a activity social person here to get the seniors motivate to do activities . The so called office lady is a stone face and not very friendly . she stays locked in her office sends notes to communicate. You should play nice music in lobby area. Have sensor lights in the back garbage area for people walking at night . some people have caregivers around the clock. The hallways are so dark and glummy . People have stolen my furniture outside my door. The stairs are never washed or cleaned and no light.

I worked at the
Villa from 1971 to 1973. It was owned by Joseph Greenbach. I started as a limo driver. I worked the front desk, storeroom, purchasing and assisted with banquets.
It was a great time!
