Terrible, terrible service and the spa covers are garbage.  I've had 2 spa covers completely FAIL in 5 years and now have to buy a new one.  I called for a spa service and asked the tech to meet with me. He came and left and didn't contact me.  I refused to pay it because I they ignored my service request and I had to pay an Electrican to troubleshoot the issue. Terrible service. Ordered a new cover from them (number 3 for $ 875) on 12/28/2022. Still haven't seen it 3/20/2023. I have called 3 times and was told it is coming soon.  LIE, found out it was never order via email.  Terrible service. Don't use them. Don't use them!!!!!!! I'm done.

3 years later and after still getting fantastic support from Scott I thought I should really write a review! We're very happy with our Hotsprings [brand] Vanguard [model] spa. Scott was fantastic from the initial advice, quotations, deliver, install & contractor recommendations. Plus practical getting advice getting up and running and maintaining the water and you name it. He is still responsive and helpful 3 years later. We've had one minor warranty visit and the technician was fantastic too. I highly recommend!
