My experience at Autumn Chase has been positive. I've lived at Autumn Chase for 8 years and have had a good experience. The maintenance staff is friendly, prompt and helpful. The residents are friendly and the complex is mostly peaceful and quiet. The front office staff are also helpful. Periodically there are events for residents like patio decorating contests. The apartment layouts are nice, and being townhomes you don't have to worry about noisy neighbors above or below. I would recommend.

Ive lived here since November and iv had nothing but a great experience. Nice quit complex, the maintenance people are amazing and the office is amazing. Ive only put in 2-3 maintenance orders and they have came to fix it within 24hrs. Everyone really nice and neighborly aswell 10/10 recommend

I have lived here at Autumn Chase for a little over a year now and I really enjoy it here. All the staff is professional, maintenance is quick and office staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I always feel at peace and safe here too. Neighbors are good and everyone kinda just keeps to themselves. I love that these townhomes are affordable, the layout is nice, and have SO much space even with a washer and dryer. The water pressure is great, the insulation is awesome- stays warm in the winter no matter what and stays super cold in the summer too. The only downside is even though there is a lot of space for furniture there isn't much space to store your items, only the upstairs closet(s). If you're lucky you have the townhome that has the downstairs mini closet in yours but I believe that may only come with the 2 bedroom. Thankfully I have never had issues with rodents or even have spotted one but even w/ a clean home there are the occasional german roaches but they're always dead. Pest control is every tuesday around the property I believe so that helps and the office is pretty good with them following up into your home if you ask them to spray inside. I just wish the fitness center was open. It's tiny but they just renovated it and opened it to the residents in the fall for a short time. Unfortunately it has still been closed since late sept/ early oct. With that being said though I still always recommend these townhomes to my friends.
