We only had this insurance for a year, and could rarely get a return call from our agent. Communication was lacking, and when we wanted to stay with them for insurance, they took days to get back with us to say that they couldn't help us. We were referred that they were great. But they left a lot to be desired!!!

Connie is there as backup and manages our payments and expirations. They're a great team and perfect for commercial interests.
