      image This is how they leave their equipment. Internet has been out for 3 days. They want to charge me $75.95 to come fix it.

The tech visit fee would only apply if a problem was found with indoor equipment that you personally own, or if there was an indoor wiring issue and you do not subscribe to our service protection plan. To schedule a visit to have this addressed we ask that you please contact us via live chat at www.astound.com so that we may assist you with your request/ issue.       image Good customer service. I get super fast speeds with fiber, fastest I have ever had. Pushing 1000 mb. Had concerns, reached out to customer support, and they were able to help fix my problem.
