Good rewards for good employees. Management knows what they want and they reward you generously if you can achieve it. I’ve done more here than I ever thought I could because this is the type of place that pushes you to work hard and be your best. Don’t come here if you’re not willing to dedicate yourself to your job and put in the work. Definitely not the place for slackers.

Nexus takes great care of their clients. I recommend them to anyone who needs any sort of health consulting. They helped me immensely and I appreciate that they make sure that at the end of the day, no matter what, their clients are taken care of.

They don't pay out bonuses or raises promised to employees at their 1 year mark. They don't pay out earned PTO. They also have insane volume but they keep taking on new clients and adding cases.
Management will change your clock in and clock out times if you come in too early or leave too late, even if you worked that time. The exces seem to have little idea of what the actual processes and operations look like and EVERYTHING about the way your job is done can change on a day to day basis. They will fire literally anyone at the drop of a hat for no reason. The turnover rate is SUPER high for a reason. I was called for an interview, attended the interview and offered a job all in the span of about 4 hours, which should have been a huge red flag. If you are ever called to Denise's office, be prepared to be fired, despite them having no reason to do so. Denise will then refuse to tell you the reason and state it was "an operational decision" and then deny your unemployment, saying that it was your fault or that you did something wrong, and you have to find out from unemployment why they fired you. TWC also had to do a wage investigation into Nexus because they have not reported any employee earnings to TWC since September 2022 and they back date hiring dates for some employees. Beware and do some research on this gilded company.
