Just walked out after 30 minutes of we'll be right with you. Clearly the 3 white people in the store were more important than the Mexican. They seriously pointed me to the clearance section when I told them I needed some shirts....

Marty is the man to see about a suit! I'm sure anything else you are shopping for in the store as well! Within in 30 mins of entering the store we were checking out looking mighty spiffy! Marty listened and with ease pulled together exactly what we needed despite us needing a suit last minute. My husband is tall and athletic not always easy to find the right suit. Marty did! Thanks to him we will come back anytime our boys and hubby need to be decked out! We appreciate service like this. Sure you can shop somewhere cheaper but sometimes the extra cost is worth the no stress experience Marty offered!

Zero stars, worst service failure I have ever experienced.
Here is a timeline of what happened -
- December 2023, several of us in the wedding party go to get fitted, were greeted with "oh gosh all of you are getting fitted...this is going to take hours...*scoffs*"
- several weeks before wedding was told my rental was ready for pickup, i go to the location and am told it wasnt ready and hadnt even shipped from the warehouse
- 3 days before wedding, i go to try on and pickup and the suit. they had ordered the wrong size pants. was assured they would get in the day before the wedding.
- 2 days before wedding, was told the pants came in early and ready for pickup. i go there and am told they have not arrived.
- 1 day before wedding, MW called me and told me the wrong size came in again, they would overnight it and it would be in by 10AM on the day of the wedding
- day of the wedding, my wife drives 45 mins to MW opposite way from the venue, she goes in right when they open and the manager says "the pants didnt come in."
- during wedding, I didnt have the right pants. humiliating, terrible for pictures, and took away attention from the bride and groom.
I will never go back to a mens warehouse again. This was such a horrible failure on their end. Someone needs to lose their job.
