      image Numerous homeless people lined up for their free showers every day before opening at 10 am. I had to explain to my toddler why they were there like that on multiple occasions before story time. The city would rather allow full time pavement camping, offer handouts to the homeless smoking cigarettes (and whatever else theyre smoking there) than do anything for people who actually work and pay taxes. We moved far away from SLO. Good luck!
