The doctor is good, but their billing team is such a mess ! First, they want to charge me twice copayment for the same visit, after I insisted their error two times, they finally reduced the bill amount, their bill detail Items was very misleading and confusing. They knew the right amount at first time, but still tried to overcharge more by giving the misleading bill. If I did not notice this at first, I alreay paid more than I should pay . If you don't care about your money, you may go and try there.

I had a referral to this group from a clinic recommended by my insurance provider, called to make an appointment, was told that a person would get in touch to schedule, had to call them 3 weeks later to inquire about appointment, no record of my call or information or the referral sent directly to them, the office seemed to want to put up as many blocks to me being seen by them as possible, finally just told the person I'd find a different office, all I wanted was to have my condition investigated but only received rejection . . .

very kind, and thorough doctor. I am super pleased with how thorough and the time he took to go over my entire CT scan. I had a rare condition and he was the only physician who was able to pin point it!! I am so grateful to dr. Patel. His staff also was kind and diligent obtaining my records and preparing them for my appointment, which I appreciated. I will be referring other patients to see Dr. Patel.

Great doctor office. Dr Fang is wonderful and she is very intelligent and has a great knowledge of many things.
