I called this office and spoke with Huma, one of the attorneys. I was very surprised with her kindness, patience, and knowledge of probate. I've spoken with other attorney offices and some attorneys seem annoyed. It's refreshing to talk to an attorney that is willing to take the time to listen and has knowledge to help.

I was in a horrible situation with a teacher loan from the city of San Jose.  (FYI, if there is any way you can purchase a home without the city's help, DO IT!!!  The red tape and flaming hoops make it sooo not worth it!)  I called and spoke to Huma, and she was so helpful!  She was calm, and gave me options.  Thankfully, the city finally responded and I am able to move forward with my situation, but I wold certainly not hesitate to ever employ Huma in the future.  She is awesome!

Huma Ellahie drafted my family's estate plan. My wife and I are in our 30s, and we have two young daughters. Our primary concerns were making sure we have a clear plan in place for our daughters, and avoiding probate. Huma was fantastic to work with throughout. She was responsive to our questions in person, and she was also quick to reply to emails and other lingering questions. It was on our to-do list for many years, but Huma helped us get through it painlessly. We highly recommend the Ellahie Law Firm.

I have used Ellahie Law Firm a couple times now and Huma Ellahie is fantastic.  She is knowledgeable, on top of things, quick to respond, and most of all patient.  When my wife and I set up our living trust I was that incredibly annoying client that reads every word of legal ease.  I had Huma make change after change after change so that I could have the wording just right.  It took nearly half a year and at no fault of Huma's.  She was patient with all my changes and perfectly answered all my questions to turn complex legal speak into language I could understand.  Highly recommended.
