Jonathan Nguyen has been my account representative during my data recovery process at Secure Data Recovery. He has been very responsive throughout. I felt like he was working on my behalf, and I appreciate it.
I had not anticipated that recovering the data from my two external drives would be so difficult. I am happy that, according to the reports, they succeeded in recovering almost all of it. I have not received the new external drive yet, but I am eagerly anticipating it.
Once again, I appreciate all the Jonathan did to help the process along for me.

THANK YOU so much, to Eric Fisher and the team for recovering my data from my external hard drive. It was nerve-wracking to have the drive crash, but to be able to get the data back was awesome. They succeeded, where another company gave up. It was a little expensive (it was a personal hard drive, not a company one), but definitely worth it!! THANK YOU again!!

Well.. to begin with i DID NOT BACK UP MY DATA as i should have on my work Sage 50 accounting computer with ALL MY customers and financial records! One Morning turned on computer and was super super slow.....then it gave me no screen..... spoke with the old manager and he asked if i backed it up......then i panicked. Looked up places for Data Recovery online and found Secure Data recovery. That evening dropped the computer off at Central Computer's Tech repair in Sunnyvale and they sent it to Secure Data Recovery: well i can't praise them enough! Within 2 weeks they had all my data back with a clone drive. I dealt with Jacob Medina and he went Above and beyond to help me. Highly recommend and It was a Hard lesson to learn: Now i have 4 backups and the last one it to the cloud. My external SSD hard drive stopped working and prevented me from accessing 2 TB worth of pictures, beautiful memories. I do landscape photography as a hobby, and a lot of my pictures were saved to this hard drive; pictures I had dedicated long hours of editing.
