I have used them twice and they are great: responsive, capable, fast and very affordable. They quickly, efficiently and safely removed two Monterey pines that died--the fire danger is too high for us to let them stand there, just waiting to be torches. Artistic also pruned some native ash-leaf maples that were totally ragged, into pleasing shapes that enhance our landscape. I will definitely call these folks again (because, sadly, we have a few more pines that will probably be killed by the blight).
