Customer service is rude they don't help you they discriminate they throw ur papers back at you just got out of their never going back. They need education in customer service they make appointments and dont even know with who and whats ur name

If I could
Give this place negative stars I would this location amongst all locations have ten teller windows and no more than two of them ever open along with two atms outside and almost always one is not working properly, whoever the branch manager here is should honestly feel embarrassed to even hold a title like that and I will be contacting chase as well to let them know how terrible this branch is

Good business. Fast. They pay attention to detail. Will go back. And there Credit Cards are great as well.

closest chase to me. park and walk up to the 2 outside ATMs. usually very convenient.
no need to go inside. only downside is the parking lot. all aisles are one way. Well marked with
big directional arrows. But, you can count on someone driving at you head on.
