We have our trees trimmed every 2-3 years as needed. Our first time to choose A-1 Tree Service. Definitely a winner! Great experience with A-1, Don listened well to a concern with our one tree that needed a more balanced pruning and canopy cut to avoid leaning to one side. PG&E needs to make necessary cut to half the tree periodically. The 2 trees that needed pruning look balanced from all angles, nice canopy. Service operators were friendly, professional, asked me to look at the trees with critical branch cuts to insure that the desired cut was managed. I appreciated that customer service. Cleanup was thorough. A-1 is definitely A-1, and lives up to their name. Service: Tree trimming & pruning

A-1 Tree Service did a great job on the trimming, shaping and thinning a 25 year old shade tree in my front yard. Previously I just had branches cut off as they extended over my roof. Also there was a large dead limb, the whole tree was overgrown and lopsided since I neglected it, never had a professional job done on it.
I called Don about a week ago and he came over right away and gave me a very reasonable estimate and I scheduled the work. Several days later right on time Don showed up with his 3-man crew and big truck with wood chipper attached. One of the men was the climber and he came with full safety gear including helmet and fall-arresting gear which made me feel good to employ a business protecting the workers. That tree and another orange tree was pruned, shaped and thinned with beautiful end results which exceeded my expectations. The men did a meticulous clean-up afterwards, they were expert and professional in their work. Service: Tree trimming & pruning
