I would like to thank your company personnel at the sales and customer services division for their excellent support. Your sales executive, Nicole S. Whitman, took care of all company copier and printer needs.
She also provides helpful advice regarding new copiers that can keep up with our high volume printing of our brochures, plot plans, and contracts.
She informed us all the important information regarding the copier features. Nicole, was extremely attentive and she listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience. I was very thankful that she, explained which copier will suit our needs the best. She has a caring approach and she is a true professional.
Please accept my gratitude towards her and your customer care staff for their speedy and efficient services. Our company sales and marketing department can produce high quality brochures. I would especially like to commend Nicole, for her professionalism and superlative customer service.

We do business with Michael Todd for a few years now, he is a great guy HONEST funny and very happy person. The most important thing is, any of us in the company can contacted Michael for any problem. We loved that he took care of his customers and make sure that, we are happy with his services.
