He will exhaust every option and is the most adept lawyer in California Employment and Litigation law I have ever met (and I have met a few).I have worked with Greg and his team for over 7 years on various issues, Contract and Real Estate law, Employment and Civil litigation. Recently, I was unfairly and unjustly bullied online, my professional picture stolen online, fake news websites posting horrific and career ending content. Greg Walston was instrumental in getting the online content removed and resolving the issue. I refer to him as the ultimate fearless Pit Bull! Greg Walston is a brilliant lawyer, trusted advisor and a fierce advocate. I was beyond relieved with the successful outcome of my case, it more than exceeded my expectations. Greg Walston was referred to me by my company's law service group.  Out of the 3 lawyers that were given to me, only Mr Walston got back to me on time every time, always listening and speaking to me with respect and empathy.  I had never been involved in any lawsuits before, and was traumatized by a family event that required legal counsel. I'm grateful that Mr Walston provided a calm and comforting voice and advice at a time when I most needed it.  I highly recommend his knowledge and integrity, and will seek him out again if I ever need a family lawyer.

I am a past client of Greg Walston of 8 years. I would strongly recommend steering clear of him and his practice. He represented me in a police misconduct case and then published the verdicts on his and other websites so his law firm could capitalize on the attention. He exposed public and personal client information for his firms personal gain after his 1st law firm fell apart.During the time Greg Walston represented me -I recommended him to associates of mine. After I terminated his services, I found out that he was discussing intimate details of my case with them in efforts to coerce them into signing on to his agendas.He is the worst kind of manipulative attorney you could hire. Steer clear of Greg Walston or Walston law. They have no morals and will try to sell out clients for a few dollars if they have the chance.
