I hired the services of this funeral home and that was the worst mistake of my entire life. Jennifer Lpez lied to me about all the things she promised me, from the time of the wake to how my family member had to be in the chapel, nothing was right. They kicked us out in the worst way, they have no feelings. There works an administrator who lacks scruples and feelings, she only knows how to get more money. It's the worst choice I've ever made. I regret with all my soul having taken my brother and all the people who accompanied us there. I hope no one ever hires this disastrous place.

It is unfortunate that in this type of funeral companies, they hire people who are insensitive to the pain of their clients and treat them without respect and who lack love and respect for others, when it is assumed that in those places where prayers of eternal rest are practiced and they sympathize with the client's pain at the loss of a loved one, some of the employees are not humanly trained to provide that service.

I lost my dad on 1/31/22 and I had to have his body picked up within 4 hours after passing from the skilled nursing facility I had no idea what to do, this was the first place I called and they were very empathetic and immediately picked up my dad. Less than 24 hours later my mom passed on  2/1/22 I called Driscoll's again and Jennifer (funeral director)picked up my mom as well. Jennifer made everything so easy for me at time I was lost. The funeral service was beautiful I was able to have my parents service on the same day back to back. I'm glad I called this funeral home.

Being that I wasnt the direct member of the family that made arrangements with this establishment Im not sure If my review is valid but being the sister of the mother whose sons memorial service was held here I am not at all impressed by the level of service my sister received during this time of loss. The staff here lacked the capacity to respond in a appropriate tone and or matter. Very insensitive, unapologetic and very displeasing. Failed to take accountability and apologize for being rude. Deflecting my sisters concerns when trying to communicate the problems weve encountered. I would NOT recommend this please! As a business that deals with peoples loved ones, they do not exercise the proper practices that should be demonstrated while working with those who are experiencing a loss. Once my nephew service was paid for, the customer service became non existent ! 0/10
