I just wanted to speak to somebody about having handicap pressure plates installed on one of my stores front doors. I have made six phone calls in the last two weeks trying to get somebody to call me back. Even their dispatcher doesn't know why know when he's communicating with me. Metro has two divisions. The Locksmith Mission and the ADA compliance division. I even left a message for the supervisor of the ADA division and I never received a phone call back. I hope everybody has great experiences with them, but I don't even want to give them one.

The staff was friendly and able to help me with a broken key/lock within just a few minutes. I would highly recommend to a friend or neighbor.
