Worst restaurant ever! Took an hour and a half to receive my food and once I did get it, it was stone cold. Called and spoke with Caesar, asked for a refund and he refused! He said he'd give me a refund afterwards and then a couple days later when I did not receive the refund, I called Caesar to ask about it and he very rudely said "i'm not giving you your money back because you did not give us back our food (4 days later mind-you.)" then when I reminded him that he said he would, he said "well we all change our minds, don't we honey." NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! HORRIBLE SERVICE...HORRIBLE FOOD.
