This is such a poorly run branch. Their online appointment system does not work and they cancel appointments at the last minute. Pretty useless and incompetent.

Always a line, NEVER a friendly /good service. Once I stood in a long line on my lunch break to get quarters. I finally get to the window (nobody approached me to ask "Why are you here today?") and this teller trainee points to a sign that says "Limited coinage" or something like that. I said "You dont have that posted on your front door--I had to get to THIS window in order to be able to see it. And even as I see it, I dont fully understand--can I only get one roll of quarters? What does that mean". She tells me that NO, they do have it on the front door, I JUST MISSED IT. NO customer service. So now I get on a bus and go to either Arguello or Laurel Village branches. And yes, it is worth it.

A full-service bank. Several ATM if your needs are less complicated. There have always been two or more tellers available so the wait is not prohibitive.

Would not cash a 100$ bill because I did not have a checking account with them. I do have    for 20 years 4 investments accounts and a  Family Trust account.Tomorrow I say, Hello Citibank! Maybe they should stick to just selling coffee. Banking is not there strong suit.
