This is the 4th time they have called me to tell me that an employee is sick or is not at the bank and that they have to cancel the appointment! After the 2nd cancellation I went to another bank to request a loan which I agreed to without problems. Now I insist again for the 4th time with Wells Fargo and guess what? I'm canceling again within hours of going, I feel like a fool for insisting on Wells Fargo again , if you want to waste your time and receive terrible service, this bank is for you!!!

This is one of the worst banks I have used. I checked my time when I entered the bank because I had an upcoming appointment. I kid you not, I spent 24 minutes waiting in line before getting to the teller. The teller was nice, and helpful. The wait was outrageous. I called the branch, when I left the bank to tell the manager how long I had waited in line, but no one answered the phone. A message came on that said, all bankers are busy. I was then thrown back into a phone tree that offered no other solutions for me. I am not saying that Wells Fargo is an awful bank, but I am saying that this branch is very poorly managed.

Another one of the worst Wells Fargos around. Every moment of time they are open they have a line out the door. They never have enough people working. Id damn near pay my employer to switch the companies they issue the checks from. This bank is a joke and more reassurance as to why i have since closed my account here

A line of more than 30 people and only two windows open. Wait more than an hour to be served, terrible service at this branch.
