Hello!
I came here on Sunday during working hours. There was only one rep and 6 people in a line. One was sitting with young lady and talking to her for an hour. Then finally another one came, but she was moving slowly , making me feel like Im disturbing her in her home on her day off. Then another one appeared, by that time three people in a line just left, because no one was paying attention to them. Poor service

My brand new phone that was shipped to me did not work. After talking to tech support for an hour they determined that I would need to visit a store. I arrived and within 5 minutes Sung assisted me. In 15 minutes he had my phone working!
His customer service was top notch!

We have been waiting for about 40 minutes just to get a new number and the gentleman working does not know who he is messaging on his phone, please be more attentive.

Absolutely awful. Couldn't have been more unhelpful if they tried. Good luck getting anything you need done in there, it will at least take 3 trips. Thermostat cranked to 85 too so get ready to sweat. I made an account just for this.
