Jonathan and Alvin from the management team are great. The apartment units are renovated and super clean. The whole building is very well maintained, laundry room has a bunch of washer and dryer machines for all the units. Plus there is a courtyard and swimming pool available. Ive seen many units and condos in San Francisco. This is definitely one of the best value and units available as well as amazing location!

Out of 20+ tours in SF and Oakland, I just had to leave my first review after visiting Northpoint! Johnathan Lee from the leasing office completely blew me away. He was on time, professional, and unbelievably kind. Not only did he quickly grasp my needs and show me matching units, but he was also super upfront and transparent about everything from lighting to laundry tips (things other places just glossed over). Honestly, my interaction with Johnathan seriously bumped up Northpoint on my list. Thanks again for the amazing service and seriously cool vibes!

I lived at this apartment for 4 months and have to leave because of a job change. The experience is wonderful. The view from the apartment is great, the coit tower and salesforce tower can be seen. If you live on the side facing the courtyard, there is no noise from the road. I'm a person very sensitive to noise and can be easily woken up by rain. But I have no problem sleeping here. The staffs working here are also efficient and friendly. My notice of vacacy was well taken care of and they even emailed me about this in case I forgot. The packages are delivered inside the gate or directly to your door. I never lose any packages here. The fees here are reasonable and they gave me back all my deposit in the end.

Although I had a crazy upstair neighbor who likes to bang her doors and cabinets. I would say my stay at North Point was awesome and very pleasant. I love the people that I dealt with at the office. Alvin was the best!! He was always attentive if i had some questions and quick to response. The laundry were always clean. The common areas are always clean. I love the people who clean the properties as well, they were all very friendly and polite. Although there were no doormen, the security guards were always ready if you called them. At the end of my stays, I also got all my deposit back, thank you. Would highly recommend this property to my friends if they move to SF!

I have only been living at NorthPoint Apartments for just over a week, but I have no serious complaints about anything. Compared to where I was living before in the Civic Center neighborhood, this is better in every way - it has been recently remodeled, the windows let in a lot of light, the windows actually slide open, it is quieter, the management company isn't rapacious like GreyStar, charging for every little thing [e.g. over $250/month for water, water heating, sewer, trash, valet trash, and convenience fee... ] squeezing you with an algorithm increasing the rent over 10% a year. It is also a great location for pedestrians and bicyclists, even though few people seem to ride bikes who live here. Running or riding bikes along the embarcadero and out to Fort Point is a highlight. Restaurants in North Beach and Chinatown are within walking distance. Joe DiMaggio park, North Beach Pool and local branch of library are only a few blocks away.
I would add that I am on the top floor and my unit faces the courtyard. The units facing the street are probably louder, but not louder than where I lived in the civic center, where I would hear screaming all night from people on the street, noise from nearby construction, garbage collection at 3am, 5x a week, etc. After reading the other reviews I realized that some people don't know how much worse it can be here in SF. When I was moving in one of the security guards helped me move my mattress into the building :)
