Everyone was amazing. Hospital all the to surgery team. I was not the easiest patient yet everyone was patient and kind!!! Thoroughly made sure I understood everything and asked all my questions.

Dr. Lin removed a ganglion cyst I had for many many years and the procedure + recovery process couldn't have been smoother. Highly recommend!

These people do not have it together. I tried scheduling an operation with them and they never really got around to it. They also preauthd additional operations that they never mentioned in consult.
They sent me a bill months later after I had already made payment without counting the previously payment.
Other specialists have said the operation wouldve ultimately been unnecessary.
Waste of time seeing this office.

Dr. Walter Lin & one of his coworkers did my top surgery, and the whole experience went better than I could have hoped - in no small part thanks to everyone working at the office. They are all absolutely wonderful, and I'd give Martha a raise if I had that sort of power.
And I have to say too, Dr. Lin really has an artist's eye for the work he does. He's very passionate about the work (and making pretty impressive advancements in the field! I would have helped with his research had insurance been cooperative), and he's very very kind.

I had 2 surgeries with the Buncke clinic, one of them being a major surgery with a long recovery. The aftercare was wonderful. 2 weeks post op I had an uncommon allergic reaction. Dr Watt was able to diagnose it immediately when other drs didnt know what it was and I had a prescription that same day from him to clear it up. Dr Chen and Dr Watt both have amazing bedside manner especially for surgeons and I felt cared about and checked on. My results exceeded my expectations from a functional and aesthetic perspective. Amazing surgeons and human beings.
