He handled my red light camera ticket nicely, but I guess he was really busy when he handled our living trust because he would not return my calls until I brought in a third party (the Teamsters Legal Fund).
I left about six messages over a period of about 8 weeks, and he never responded. When I contacted the Teamsters Legal Fund (the entity that pays the bills), he called me back immediately. He said he had emailed me the document two months ago. I couldn't find it in my inbox, but had he returned any one of my calls he could have arranged to resend the email.
When he resent the email, he had used the wrong name or badly misspelled my name, my wife's name and two of our kids' names, so we could not use the trust. When I emailed him about the spelling errors, he told me that they were word documents that I could fix. I think he is missing the point about having an attorney prepare documents.
