Everyone get busy, I understand that, but don’t say one thing then do another. A simple call back could be an easy resolve, but ignoring after you said you’d contact me delayed many other things.

Its taken over two weeks to get in contact and I still havent heard back, very frustrating. Dont say youll call back and never do. People are depending on your company to get work done if you cant get to it be honest and tell them youre busy.
