The staff cant speak English well and it makes it hard to make appointment. I have used other salons where the services are included in what you have asked for but they charge separate for each thing that has to be included in what you have asked. I prefer doing acrylic nails with Jasmin since another lady with glasses ruined my nails last time. Jasmine does good job but if you ask for a color to try on one nail she acts mean which is not welcomed

I had Holly do my nails. She did a good job overall. Not the best person to deal with. The thickness of the nail on my right thumb was more and it felt heavy so I asked her to flatten it out like the one she had done on my left thumb nail. Shes like Nobody compares the thickness of their nails ever. I have not seen this even once in my 22-year career. And she would also find it offending if I asked her to shape my nails and keep them at the same size as some of my nails on the left hand were not the same length as my right hand. Only providing a review for a gel extension removal. I made an appointment based on the reviews. I was planning on going back to get my bridal nails done.
But after the experience of the removal I do not want to go back. I made an appointment to make sure I could get seen. I was given an appointment time and when I arrived it was jam packed 30 mins to closing. I checked in and was told to wait. It was so packed I ended up standing outside. I was then told to sit down at a table that was not setup next to another client was being worked on. Then the tech moved over to my table and threw a towel down. Then got started.
The process was not enjoyable. I've never had them removed like this before. She clipped the extensions down then took another acrylic nail and pushed the edge of my real nail and extension up. The pushed it underneath ripping the gel and extension off. In a swift painful movement. Then filed my nail down and told me to wash my hands.
I've never had it done this way before and I don't know if she was in a hurry or because I didn't stay to have new set. But I felt like a number rather than a client, which is disappointing because the techs here seem to do really great nail designs. And I was really wanting to get something done for my wedding.
