They told me they cant cash a money order. Ive been getting paid rent for years with a money order and have never had an issue. I looked at the teller like she was crazy and told her that then magically they could cash it. Wells Fargo is the worst large bank in the country. I hope they fail

I have one simple question about trying to get my card back after the atm ate it. I would prefer to just pick up my card I don't want to wait a week for a new one. I've been working everyday from 7-5 so I've called the bank for 3 days and NO ANSWER. I've called at different times, I've even called at least 5 different branches to attempt and get transferred but no one answers. Terrible. Customer. Service.

Every time I come here the line is long!  It doesn't matter what time or day it is.  I guess I will change banks because they obviously don't care about customer service.
