So when i 1st started going there my vitals were all WNL. It wasnt long till they changed the system of taking our V/S n magically my vitals all shot up 30 digits!!! I know that a B/P of 160/120 with a pulse of 140 is in no way shape or form safe. They did nothing to make sure this was an errorn that i was safe to leave. I coulda got behind the wheel of my car n had a stroke but they didnt care one bit!! As medical staff thas not rite n extremely unprofessional!!! Never will i recommend this place , unless management changes!

I wouldn't recommend donating here. Ever since they've updated thier equiptment, the amount of donors who fail thier prescreening blood test is surprising. I'm in good health and yet I always fail the screening roughly 50% of my appointments. It's frustrating and a waste of time.

I want to acknowledge the professionalism of Chris,Salazar he's. Very gentle and professional in what he do, he really sees you as a person, not like a thing! thankyou chris for a job well done.

Terrible.
Came here as a returning donor (had stopped coming in during Covid-19) and was told i had a flag on my profile from 6 years ago back when i lived in a different state. Why was this not taken care of 3 years ago when i started donating here??
Anyways, agreed to do a sample to remove the hold. My phlebotomist missed twice! Then they told me they had run out of needles and I had to choose between using a large needle on the vein that has been poked twice, or come in a different day.
Sorry, but I am never coming back!
Definitely not recommending this place to anyone. Don’t let the great rating fool you. This place USED to be good. Not anymore.
The only reason why I was compelled to write this review was because the rating truly does not reflect the way donors are treated.
