      image We are in a pandemic, so flexible payment options should be offered to unemployed people who are unable to pay their full balance right away. The rep or "lawyer" that called me, Ben Murphy, threatened to "take everything that's not tied down" and spoke over me the entire time I was trying to explain my situation so that we could come to a resolution. Absolutely disgusting & unprofessional. I highly suggest companies invest in a real legal team & collections agency to handle their debts & not this one.
