Extremely family unfriendly. My 3 year old started crying and within couple of minutes the manager asked us to "take it outside"! Very tactless and inconsiderate. Most places would have offered crayons or stickers, but not here. Rude staff. If you have kids, go elsewhere. It's not worth it.

I've been to this restaurant multiple times, but there always seems to be some sort of problem. Last time I went, the staff forgot about us because there was a party outside and made us wait 1 hour before being served. Recently, I went again and we found plastic wrap at the bottom of my lasagna. The service is not very good either; there are only 2 waiters who do not check on the customers often and do not thank customers when they leave the restaurant. Needless to say, I do not think I'll be returning anytime soon.
