Customer service? Non existent here! Dont use numbers or emails to order shoes Beacuse they will get them wrong multiple times!

Terrible customer service. Tried on one pair of shoes and found it to be too tight around the arches. Asked for some other options and was told they only stock for a certain type of foot. Ridiculous... Instead of working with the inept sales associate, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

This place never seems to pick up their phone, i had been calling almost everyday to ask for a shoe brand i was looking, so i went in person to look for them which they had, but when i purchased one of the young employee grabbed them and bagged them then slammed my shoes all rude towards me like he didnt even care. All the employees here all mostly young ones some had little idea how to ring shoes up. Good environment but service so so
