Worse automated system. Also they didnt let me set up automatic payment on behalf of my toddler because I am the mom and they accept just dadsreally??

Molina likes to pride itself on their integrity & Honest and open communications however these values seem to disappear when servicing its providers. Our office has tried numerous times to get in touch with someone to help with our issues to absolutely no prevail.

if i could have given zero starts i would have
NO One has any answers IF they pick up the phone at all
I am still billed though I did not renew, and NO ONE CALLS back
do yourself and your family a favor and do not ever use them for anything

This health insurance is a nightmare.
If you have a serious medical situation like cancer (as I do) do NOT use this insurance.
The least of my problems is never getting an actual card (after requesting one 4 times) and having to carry a paper print out of my insurance.
You can never reach them. And they hang up/dropped call when you go get through the robots.
It takes FOREVER to get ANYTHING approved (if they can even do that).
More importantly, again, I had cancer during COVID/quarantine in Boston and I cannot express how much I love my oncology/radiation care team there. They sent over every file/chart to my doctors here and its been a nightmare through Molina.
I will give my SD doctors credit for sending the information they needed to Molina.. but Im going on 2-3 months now and NOTHING has happened. Ive talked to my doctors, Molina representatives, the scanning center.. everyone. Crying and yelling and then apologizing to the representatives (because its not their fault) in my work parking lot trying to get answers.
As a PAYING patient, I shouldnt have to be the one calling Molina and my doctors trying to facilitate my scans. I do NOT understand what is happening.
If youve read this far.. and you have any serious health issues, do not, I repeat, do NOT use this insurance.
I bought the Gold one too. Jokes on me. I hope this helps because I really wish I read a review like this before I bought my plan.
PS- just realized that I share the same grievances as SO many other people and were all getting the same robotic HR or whatever response. Please. Stop. Just do better. Were all leaving for other and better (we hope) health insurances. I hope everyone gets the coverage and health assistance and insurance that you deserve.
