Tracy Duhs was amazing! My wife and daughter had an in depth consultation for their skincare and makeup . My teenage daughter has spent years at the dermatologist with her acne and my wife has years of sun damage. I feel like we are finally on the right track of getting her acne cleared up without having to use severe drying agents and antibiotics. My wife’s makeup products are natural looking and she loves how they feel on her skin. We look forward to going back!

Such a gem right in the heart of Ocean Beach. Tracy is so knowledgeable about all things Wellness. She carries hard to find, high end products that you won't find many places in Southern California. You can tell that health and wellness is a priority and you will receive a wealth of knowledge and amazing attention to detail when you visit.

What a delightful place. the best facial I have ever received, put me in a dream state! Vicky was very good and such a caring person to explain what she was putting on my face. I love love the idea that all their products are cancer free from additives and are organic. I will be back for sure and hopefully you will try them out, you will not be disappointed at all.

I work with herbs for stress relief in North County. Since I have been feeling on top of my game recently I was interested to see what a wellness retreat could do for me.
I decided it would be good to do a little self care and something beneficial for my body and mind just to dial in and sustain my current state of health, so I attended an overnight retreat.
With two full days of personal attention from Tracy and her crew of specialized care providers, I literally felt like dancing by the time I got home the next evening, and I did!
From the ultra delicious food made with garden grown ingredients and special attention paid to the needs and restrictions of each person eating, to the top notch personalized exercise, amazing body work sessions, and beautiful view over looking the San Diego bay, this was truly a five star experience for me.
I took away a lot from our conversations centering around kindness. I loved the experience of the group reading as well, it was really special to be on the "same page" for a weekend with such great company. It was so easy to put down my cell phone and be 100% present with all the engaging activities.
Oh and the bed that is more comfortable then my bed at home didn't hurt.I rested well after I got such a good workout. My abs were actually sore for a couple days after and I felt really good in my body.
If you are looking to dial in your health routine for greater performance, need to unplug, or just treat yourself to a weekend of luxurious health, I certainly recommend you take the time for yourself and let this crew give you a tune up.
