      image I've been living here for just over a year and other than the strict parking rules and a need for more guest parking, I have no complaints. Maintenance is always quick to answer and does a solid job. It's affordable in this ever worsening economy. I hope that provides solace for someone.

      image I like living here. My only issues, the rent is raised every year by max allowed and tenants who use handicap parking spaces as their personal assigned parking spots (leaving their vehicle in a handicap spot days/weeks at a time). None else(who needs it/ has access) has a chance to park.

      Robert Fedder - Thank for your valuable comments about our team. We'll be sure share with them. In regards of the handicap parking, this is beyond our control or the Network Parking. Only SDPD has jurisdiction, we understand that some times these spaces are taken for long time, however as long as the handicap plate is current the SDPD would allow them. Greystar does everything possible to maintain rents affordable and competitive for our residents and yes you're correct nobody gets an increase that exceeds 10%. We set a high standard for ourselves, so we are disappointed to hear that your bad experience parking at the Home Depot, however, you should now that Casoleil has no involvement on the parking supervision and enforcement at The Home Depot since they own that are and they made clear that it is only for the use of their customers.
