Customer service is horrible. Something was wrong with the computer and there for every person that came in after me got helped. She didn’t even care to acknowledge or try to fix the problem with me first.

Okay so I'm doing this review before I even leave the parking lot. I'm involved in marketing and understand the importance of reviews for businesses and staff that operate them. I would like to give a huge huge huge shout-out to Poetry for the outstanding tour she gave me at the SDSU location. I just signed on with the entire spa package in Santee and had only been to one of the Santee locations twice so I thought I'd check out another location closer to home. By the way the Santee location happens to be close to work that's why I started out there and the SDSU location is closer to home for me. Anyhow poetry was thoroughly patient, professional and explained in detail what each of the stations is for and how they benefit me according to the therapeutic results that I desire. She helped me understand why certain stations should be used before other stations and which stations should be used with other stations to achieve the desired effect. And I'd like to also say Taylor was also super helpful. Both of these ladies were very kind, very professional, and made me feel like I was their most important customer. I totally appreciate both of them with Taylor wrapping things up at the end for me. They provided me with a robe to put on in between stations so that I didn't have to put my clothing back on only to take it off again only to put it back on again and then to take it off again and put it back on again LOL it's annoying when you have to try to put clothing on sweaty skin...the robe was amazing because it also helped to absorb some of the sweat from the Hydration Station. I don't know if I'm calling them stations correctly or not but I guess that's the best way I can describe it. I'm still very new to all of this. I'm really impressed with the itan sun spray spas as I am normally used to just a simple old-fashioned tanning salon with only tanning beds. This place has so much to offer. If you're looking for some place to tan and you happen to look up this particular business I highly recommend going in and talking to the girls at SDSU! Nothing wrong with the Santee location but it is much smaller and doesn't have the robes...sorry I totally dig the robes. I don't know I just really like the SDSU location. Thank you Poetry and Taylor! Super super happy I decided to check out SDSU. Thanks! I'll be back tomorrow haha! See you tomorrow! ♡Jenny
