The staff is TERRIBLE! Insurance paperwork is filled out and submitted on a random basis, the people you need to talk with personally never take phone calls so you always have to leave a message and they are not-at-all prompt about calling back, and they don't alert you when you've gotten approval from your insurance carrier. When you have a knee or shoulder injury, the pain can be horrific, and the last thing you want to do is wait longer for treatment because the staff wasn't on top of things. They were completely insensitive to this issue.
