We were referred to Family First by our chiropractor in Tampa, FL who had been providing the same type of customized spine care. Our experience over the last two years has changed our quality of life so much, we wanted to make sure to continue care as we moved to San Diego. Our Dr. referred Family First based on their matching holistic philosophies.
I have scoliosis and the travel had really angered it to the point I was crawling on the floor Friday,, after my 1st appointment with Dr. Payton I was walking upright again and my brain fog had lifted. One week and two appointments laterI cant even remember the pain from Friday. We look forward to a successful future and healing! Lindsay is always on top of things as well and is so helpful and kind!

I love this place. So far Ive had 4 sessions each with adjustments and spine decompression. Every night after I had a visit at Family First Chiropractic, I have had the best nights sleep and ease of waking up with little to no pain. What I love the most about this office is that the staff is very genuine and welcoming. Dr. Payton worked with me to find the best plan for care of my lower back pain and also made the best accommodations he could so I could proceed with the plan for care. I can highly recommended this chiropractic office to anyone seeking care for spinal issues or daily discomfort they are dealing with. My lower back pain has gone from an aching nagging 7/10 (10 being the worst pain) to now a 3/10 after 4 sessions. Im looking forward to completing the plan that was set for me and I always look forward to seeing Lindsay and Dr. Payton when coming in.

I have known Dr. Dawn professionally for well over 12 years, and I can say with absolute certainty that she is considered to be one of the top upper cervical specialists in her profession. She is so smart and skilled, but yet has a wonderful kind demeanor with patients and people in general. On the rare occasion that Im able to make it out to beautiful Southern California I absolutely have to take the time to visit her and her husbands practice to receive the best spinal correction. The people of San Diego have no idea how fortunate they are to have a Doctor of her caliber right in their own city.
