The service technician was very rude and incompetent. I will never use them again. This company is on my my not to use list. Do yourself a favor and use another company.

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU USE THIS COMPANY!!! Even if you have a home warranty and they assign you this company, I beg you to pay out of pocket and use someone more reputable.We had a problem with our stove burner lights not working. When I originally put in the request, we had 2 of the lights out. The technician came, took apart the front panel of our stove, and not only did he drop the heavy metal pieces on the floor (which could have easily dented the floor), a fuse popped and sparked. He brushed it off as if it wasn't a big deal. He put the stove back together and we checked all 4 of our burners to ensure that they were working before he left. They were all working fine. He left, and as I was looking more closely, I noticed that one of the lights wasn't put back correctly. It ended up falling out as soon as we touched it. Not only that, but our oven indicator light also wasn't working anymore.We went in with 2 broken lights and ended up with 4 broken lights after he left. I called the technician immediately and he told me to send him a picture of the whole panel so he can order all of the broken lights. I sent it to him. 4 days go by and we finally hear from them. The lady said that our warranty isn't going to cover the repair of the lights and she quoted us $300 for the repair. I asked her - is the company paying for the other 2 lights that the technician broke? She said she would have to reach out to the technician and give us a call back.After calling multiple times during the week and being sent to voicemail, on the 5th day I finally got through to someone. I received the exact same story from her "we have to speak with the technician". I asked to speak to a manager and was told that the manager would call me (she wouldn't give me the manager's phone number). No one has called.I WILL be filing a claim to small claims court about this issue, and I urge anyone else who has had similar experiences to do the same. This scamming company should not be in business and I would hate for other customers to have the same experience as we did.

Today March 2023 and they visited over 7 times and was not able to fix it !Each time they order new parts and it take weeks to get new parts. They come. I wish 0 stars was an option, these "techs" are full of crap! The guy who came out to work on my clothes washer observed the issue and then later in his report quoted that there was no mechanical issue. When in fact we both watched the washer malfunction. I would HIGHLY recommend staying away from this lousy company.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!Our ice maker has been broken for seven weeks. It took a week for the technician to come over and diagnosis the problem after they were contacted. It took two more weeks for the part to come in and an additional week for them to install the part. Low and behold the part replaced did not fix the problem! It has now been three MORE weeks since then and we are waiting for the technician to come back this Thursday to replace another part....That said, the tech did not come back to diagnose the issue before ordering the new parts so we don't even know if what he is replacing on Thursday will actually work.This company clearly does not care. They are hired by home warranty companies and must give them the lowest bid so they get the work. Awful customer service, and clearly technicians that don't know what they are doing.The only question...how can they still be in business????
