Awesome company to work for. I am a welder here and we have a great management team who have been really looking out for its employees and going above and beyond with the COVID-19 situation in ensuring our health and safety. I've been with the company for 5 years now and there are numerous employees I work with who have decades with the company. That in and of itself speaks to how they treat their employees. But to me, their handling of things these past months have been a defining marker.
