Showed up at 8am and wasn't out until nearly 4. The technician broke both of the attachment points on the driver and passenger sun visors. I've attempted to contact them twice with no response. The shop in questions doesn't answer direct calls or transfers from their main corporate lines. Go anywhere but here.

Christian was professional and super nice. I was waiting a while but I could tell he was being detailed and making sure the new windshield was installed perfectly so it was all good. He involved me in the process, to check it out, was thorough, thoughtful and informative. They even gave me discounts. They were just simply awesome. Totally recommend.

I have used Safelite in the past and it has been a good experience. Not this time! I would leave 2.5 starts, but not available on Google. They broke a bracket on my sons Kia K5 camera mount. I was told that they would order the part and get back to me in a couple of days to complete the service. It has been a week and nothing. You can't call anyone, it just routes you into a loop and eventual hangs up. Called the Support line at 1:45 on a Weds and never got to a person, it just said "Can't help you right now" and hung up. Always points you to the website, which gets you nowhere except to buy something.
Worst experience I have had. I am spending my time chasing them around, meanwhile my sons car has none of the safety features working because of the broken camera bracket. And I can't get to anyone, because they have no published number that gets to the branch I went to.
Beware of these guys, they will take your money and waste your time.

Surprised to see all the negative reviews here, my experience was great. Was easy to schedule online via their website. Beau the technician had great communication before the appointment, was friendly and professional during. Did a great job fixing my chipped windshield and the entire job took maybe 10 minutes.
