I've lived at Westwood Apartments for three years now, and it's been a delightful experience. The staff in the office are exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist. The amenities here, including the gym and pool, are fantastic. I especially want to express my gratitude to Jose, who handles much of the maintenance. His kindness and readiness to help and ensure everything is satisfactory truly stand out. I highly recommend making Westwood Apartments your home.

We have been living in Westwood for around 9 months now, the apartment is really nice to live in. The maintenance, especially, is extremely quick and efficient! Shoutout to Jose, he really is just the most helpful and polite! Thank you for your help always, Jose! :)

We were having problems with our bathroom and maintenance came very quickly to help (within a couple hours). They were super polite and friendly and did an excellent job.

I am looking for a complex that is socially accommodating. Although this complex is beautiful, the social aspect is wrong. I witnessed a confrontation that was extremely rude, unethical and morally debased.
I saw a neighbor get extremely rude and racist towards a mover that was there. The guy asked for a few more minutes in the space he was parked in, as he was almost done. She demanded that he park out in the middle of the driveway, and cause more issues. The driver complied with no problem. The issue was, the driver removed the truck from the complex twenty minutes after.
The next issue is, this lady was extremely rude towards the driver. She stated that she was in and out all day. At the time I left, 130pm PDT, she was still parked there. The guy needed twenty minutes. He likely would have come and got her when he was done. Completely reasonable on the part of the mover, driver?
This lady drove a newer Lexus suv, Grey, 4 door. Keck School of Medicine plates.
I was considering this complex for a 3 apartment lease if available, as it closest to our soon to be open North American HQ. No longer.
This lady, her attitude towards a service provider who was doing his job, and her subsequent lies and harsh words in such a short span of time, has made this complex socially unacceptable for my fellow employees.
What else made this unacceptable is that this man was not confrontational what so ever.
