i wish there were 10 stars.  Krista is an incredible agent and person.  She held a successful open house first weekend in March 2020, within 24 hours we had offer, bam escrow and we just closed escrow.  We sold at listing price. Wahoo. My past experience with Realtors has not been so positive. What  makes Krista super easy to work with is she keeps constant communication, explains the process, responsive to calls, texts and emails, most importantly she is honest and completely trustworthy. She is a woman of her word. Any obstacle that arises, she works right through with success. In the early stages of listing the home (End of Feb 2020) my father unexpectedly passed away from a heart attack. Krista was immediately sensitive to my situation and took care of everything. I had a difficult property manager managing the home and Krista worked through those issues and kept a positive and open communication with the tenants. I appreciate her taking charge of everything and working through the challenges that came along the way. She surely knows how to problem solve, so I didn't have to worry. I'm so grateful for Krista and her wonderful team for patiently working with me and selling our home. I'm all about customer service and let me tell you, this is a TOP CLASS agent. I had lots of questions along the way and she never made me feel like I was bothering her or they were dumb questions. I do want to share that she has a strong knowledge of the market and industry in general. She shared when the best time to sell and the process and it worked out fantastically. She earned my trust many years ago and she will be my to go to Agent forever. Krista thank you for making this a stress-free experience. I highly highly recommend. I just can't say enough good things.

Victor Zuniga is amazing!  I've been looking for a place to call home for some time now. It almost seemed impossible to find a place that's spacious, affordable and RENOVATED in a nice, safe neighborhood. I am now fully aware, when renting or buying; how difficult it can be to find housing in the central San Diego area with so many alike searching for housing as well. I've dealt with several property managers not returning my emails or calls. Most would take the $45 application fee per person and never follow up. Victor was the total opposite of this. Even though Victor primarily sells homes and we were looking to rent, he treated us as if we were buying. His customer service was impeccable and he's a very trustworthy guy. I'll definitely work with him when I begin my search for buying a home.  You're the best Victor!

Where do we begin?   We have known Krista Lombardi for some time - She was our Real Estate Agent on a home we needed to sell.   Our tenants WOULD NOT move out.  They pretty much thrashed our home.Krista was outstanding she got the more than we thought was possible for the home and helped in the negotiations on having the tenants move out.When it was time to purchase another home she was the first person we thought of was Krista Lombardi.She is patient and God know we tested her with all our indecisions, needs and wants.  We had a total of 3 accepted offers and escrows before we actually closed on our current home.   The 2 we failed due to the other agent or owner not being up front and honest.Krista and Victor Zuniga thank you for all your hard work and many hours you spent with us.   We are very appreciative and will continue to refer anyone with any Real Estate needs to her.   She knows the best.
