Do not use then, they do nothing, they don't try to win, they just sit back and wait for the very last moment right when you HAVE to file a claim, or else your out of time, and they take whatever the insurance offers. I can do better on my own. Go elsewhere...

The Batta-Fulkerson team provided professional, knowledgeable, and extraordinary service when I was rear-ended. They answered all of my questions, and provided information about things I wouldnt have thought to ask. They dealt with the insurance companies (both auto and medical), ensured that any out-of-pockets payments were either reimbursed or included in the settlement, and were able to get a much higher award than I would have expected.
Everyone I dealt with at Batta-Fulkerson treated me as if I were their only client and top priority.
I hope to never require these legal services again, but if I do, they will be my first call.
