Very disappointing today. Fat Molly's customer service was not acceptable. I had paid an extra $40 for expedited service to have brownies delivered for my grandson's party. I useGold Belly since I live in Vegas. Gold Belly called Fat Molly to see why they failed to ship the brownies from San Diego to Spring Valley; only 25 minutes away! . They simply stated that they missed the time for delivery. So no brownies for my Grandson's party. No offer to get them delivered today. They would not deliver until Tuesday. Poor customer service.

False advertising! Your Peanut Butter Brownies don't have Peanut butter in them. Their is 2 little brush strokes across the top which has no taste. I've been eating Peanut Butter brownies for 40 plus years and these are the worst.

I got an e-letter from Thrillist about Fat Molly's and decided to bookmark it. I called up to check hours of operation during Covid and we found they are wholesale only and so we couldn't exactly swing but to buy a brownie or two. Alex "I am Fat Molly", was super funny, polite, informative and helped by directing us to some spots who sell their brownies like A-Marts along the trolly lines and Chris' Liquor and Deli in OB. Being on a time crunch and knowing how difficult parking can be downtown, we headed to Chris' and arrived about 7pm. They keep the brownies upfront by the register and only had one left! The liquor store told us they tend to sell out fast. We nabbed it and split it. Now, you can buy these on Goldbelly for around $50 or in the the marts for around $3.50 (or around that). They weren't the best brownies in my opinion but they were good enough to scratch my brownie itch and speaking to Fat Molly made the experience all the more richer! If you're in the area,stop by an A-mart or Chris' liquor.

So you have to order through Goldbelly. And Fat Molly's spells goldbelly wrong on their website, which is embarrassing for a company. And for 6 of their brownies, it costs 49 bucks? Get real! Go to the supermarket, pick up some Betty Crocker and some Giradelli chocolate morsels of your own, for a total of 15 bucks for a dozen...and they'll be fresh vs waiting for a delivery. Spare me.
