I recently had one of the nicest customer service experiences that I've had in a long time. Long story short, SynLawn installed our turf about 4 years ago. A few days ago we noticed water coming up below the turf. My landscaper said to call my turf installers as he didn't want to mess with the turf. I called Syntech and got April who instantly got a tech out to check out the problem the next day. An old sprinkler pipe had cracked (nothing to do with the original install job) and it was repaired in less than 2 hours. Great service and April even contacted me to follow up after the job was done to make sure all was good. Thank you April and Synlawn. I do appreciate it.

I am having a party at my house and I needed to get the turf and landscape rock installed quickly. April was able to adjust their schedule and get me in and had the turf and other landscaping done in 2 days. Very happy they could get it done for me.

I recently contacted SYNLawn to repair a small area in the artificial grass that the company installed in 2017, where the instability of the soil (my fault for not properly compacting) resulted in a small depression in the lawn. I had the absolute pleasure of working with April, who exemplifies the meaning of great customer service. She returned emails and texts quickly and was 100% committed to making sure that our beautiful SYNLawn will be repaired professionally. Thank you April!
