Honestly I cannot say enough good things about how this system is working for zikomosafari. Zambia Africa , It was a monumental task Getting it there. But once we installed it and got it online it's doing AWESOME. Also one of the best warranties out there.. Thank you Walter.

Worst solar and home improvement experience. Walter was very misleading and dishonest. Solar was very seldom working over the years. Electric bills remained high. Finally was able to get another company in to fix the disaster of a job. Would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with Walter or his company. -The Winter Family

Walter is a honest Man / lives up to promises/ Bought echo5t system .Walter is polite and available when we need him.(though he is busy .). Texting helps to get reply.
I am off peak in usage of borrowed electricity now . I am seeing my bills coming down .( Being all electric I am saving big). We did not feel the last few electrical outages that have happened since Walter installed the system. The first one was on thanksgiving day dinner time . Walter texted us to see if the system was working as promised . It did!. We cannot wait to get state reimbursement check in the mail / Thanks Walter for letting us know of the state SGIP program.

I contracted Sun Fusion Energy Systems to install a home solar battery back up. The battery system was installed on December 6 and on December 15 the battery exploded and created a fire in my garage causing damage to my property. Walter Ellard came about 45 minutes later once the firefighters extinguished the fire stating that it was a loose busbar and told me that they would take care of everything and give me a refund or replace the battery. A day later the emailed me that told me that he determined that it was a loose busbar and that he was getting the refund put together. Fast forward to today December 28 he has decided to change his story and blame it on me stating I tampered with a 10 day old system. He refuses to honor the warranty or do anything about it.
They get 1 star as they are good to take you money upfront.

Not sure if this is a real company or not?? I have tried calling them at least 5 times over the last month, left messages and emailed them and have never heard from anyone. Be careful just in case.
