If possible, I hope 0. If I can, I hope 0. The little guy in the office for check in a very bad attitude also the waiting time is very slow.but unload was working okay!

Been trying for a month to figure out where my package is. No one calls back no one even answers about 98 percent of the time. Bunch of frauds stay away from these people

Terrible customer service. Called 5 times just to get a simple answer on where to drop off box going to one of their clients in Mexico.
