Reporting Cricket company to FCC and Better Business Bureau. This retail store's phone number(Highland Ave) is working for customers to contact store and they are well aware but refuse to fix per employee, store will not issue receipt of phone that I was promised would be emailed to me. Will not allow to purchase insurance even though bought within 7 days of purchase...Scam artists, fraudulent business. I would give this location negative stars if I could.
Very negative experience and I will switch back to T Mobile..

I went to the doctor the other day and found out I have the corona virus. I called cricket here in Roswell N.M to try to get an extension on my account since I will be quarantined when my bill is due. The office would not work with me on my plan but insisted I had to go into the office to pay my bill. Does cricket wireless not care about the health and welfare of their communities?? It would of been nice if they understood my position and worked with me but all they seemed to care about was the money. Shame. I will not be using this service any more.

If I could give Negative stars I would! So, Cricket forced me to cancel my plan with them. I have been conversing with customer service and Tech for 3 weeks trying to regain access to my online cricket account and they are unable to provide access either via the App or online, they do however continue to charge me. As a result, I am unable to download my billing statements and cannot be reimbursed for my cell phone expense by my company. Further, Customer (non) service, advised me to go to local store and they could provide billing statements -- NOT!. Sooooooo, I went to Verizon and purchased a new Plan (got 2 new iphones as well - buy one get one) but I wanted to keep my Samsung S-9. Called Customer (non) service and asked for an unlock code. Was told "you have only had the phone 5 mos and 17 days, we cant give it to you until 6 months". I paid CASH for the phone, My account is current for the next 21 days!! They are not refunding any $$. This is TOTAL BS! I have paid for the entirety of 6 months, I need my unlock code! It is customer service of this nature that drives me MAD. I should have known better than to ever do business with them in the first place as they are owned by AT&T and that should have told me everything i need to know.!

MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!! I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company in my life. I ordered online and thought how convenient the overnighted cell phone, only to check my email the next day saying my order was cancelled due to lack of information!!! I provided all the information requested and was never emailed or called requesting any info. Just order cancelled. Called and CS said they don't have a specific dept that can answer to the reasoning of the cancellation. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE??? This is a major cell phone company???? Also, they do not provide letters of unauthorization for your bank if necessary, rather the CS agent asked me to 3-way my bank and they would tell them verbally to release the authorization??? WHAT? So now I have to call my bank with you on the line in order for you to return funds because you cancelled my order without any answer to why????? I am escalating this further Cricket...you haven't heard the last.
