This team is awesome!  They jumped on an issue when I had a contractor waiting for some replacement tiles.  I was able to get my job done without issue within the hour.  These days you cant even get a live person on the phone.  They went to great lengths to help me out.  So appreciated!

I'm frustrated that it takes repeated calls and proactive communication to accomplish any task here, which adds to the hectic stress of a remodel. Simple questions require a call back that never comes. I prefer supporting family owned businesses but this is the type of service that makes me go with larger establishments.

Honestly this is the best tile shop I've ever been to. Extremely helpful staff and very reliable. A good reminder of what this country used to be, family run businesses that care about and build relationships with their customers!

The owner, Kyle Kelley is very knowledgeable and I admire his courage for standing up and not forcing people to wear masks in his establishment.

Within 5 mins the owner became irritating and came off very cocky. I was advised not to even go into the store, but we try to keep business in town. I do not recommend Laforza tile and stone
